A Notary Public, appointed by a state government, serves as an impartial witness to important document signings, administers oaths, and performs official acts known as notarizations, or notarial acts. Notaries verify signers' identities and ensure they are signing willingly and knowingly. Notaries affix their official seal or stamp to confirm authenticity, thereby preventing fraud and ensuring the validity of legal documents like contracts and deeds.

More about fees…
Each state has its own regulations governing notarial acts and sets its own fee schedule. Notaries may charge any fee (or none) up to the maximum allowed under their state fee schedule.
We are dual commissioned in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Notaries public in both states may charge administrative and/or travel fees that are separate from the state-regulated fees charged for specific notarial acts.
While not specifically regulated by Pennsylvania or New Jersey, administrative and travel fees should be reasonable and clearly communicated to clients.

Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) is required by the U.S. Government requiring that employers hire only individuals who may legally work in the United States.
A notary public may act as an “authorized representative” specifically for the purpose of completing the I-9 form in person.
I-9s cannot be completed remotely.

Tyler was AMAZING! This is my first time needing a notary and expected it to be pretty stuffy and annoying, but the Tyler was friendly and helpful. He was already at the front desk when I arrived a few minutes early. Then we made the process very clear and easy. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me excellent advice about how to move forward with my document in a way that would be safe and keep me from anyone trying to use it improperly. Tyler 1000% exceeded my expectations and made the process very pleasant!

Tyler was wonderful. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and that he was able to notarize my document immediately upon request on Saturday, November 25th after 230pm. It was very difficult to find a notary open on Saturday and certainly in afternoon in Center City so he was conveniently located off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Thanks again Tyler!
