  • In general, a simple document can be notarized relatively quickly, typically within a few minutes.

    The process, however, may take longer depending on the complexity of the document(s), the number of signers, and whether witnesses are involved.

    To expedite the process, it's a good idea to have all necessary documents prepared and organized before your appointment, along with valid identification and any other required materials.

  • The document(s) that need to be notarized:

    • Ensure that all necessary documents are complete and unsigned, as the notary will witness your signature.

    Valid identification:

    • Bring a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID. This is required for the notary to verify your identity and must be valid (not expired.) We do not accept copies of IDs.

    Witnesses (if required):

    • Some documents may require witnesses in addition to the notary. Make sure to bring any necessary witnesses along with valid ID.

  • Absolutely. However, we cannot transfer registration from one vehicle to another or issue temporary registration cards or plates.

  • Notary-provided witnesses are subject to availability and incur an additional cost. Please contact us directly by calling (215) 874-7192 or emailing us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, document printing services are subject to a flat $5 convenience fee plus .25 cents per page. You can upload the document(s) that need to be printed when you schedule an appointment online. We will have them waiting for you.

  • Notary Office Hours appointments start at $25 and include preferred pricing if scheduled in advance online. Supplementary services like document printing and notary-provided witnesses incur extra charges.

  • Tyler was AMAZING! This is my first time needing a notary and expected it to be pretty stuffy and annoying, but the Tyler was friendly and helpful. He was already at the front desk when I arrived a few minutes early. Then we made the process very clear and easy. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me excellent advice about how to move forward with my document in a way that would be safe and keep me from anyone trying to use it improperly.
