A mobile notary service, also known as a traveling notary service, is when a notary public travels and perform notarial acts in a location that is convenient to a client.
Whether it's a home, office, hospital, or another agreed-upon place, this service is particularly useful for individuals who may have difficulty traveling or arranging transportation to a notary’s office.

Client Contact and Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled directly on our website.
Clients will provide details about the documents requiring notarization, preferred meeting point location, and special needs, if applicable.
Client Agreement & Confirmation:
Client acknowledges the requirements for notarization and understands the associated administrative and travel fees.
Travel to Client Location:
On the scheduled date and time, the mobile notary travels to the client's location.
Client Identification:
The client presents valid identification and the document(s) requiring notarization. The mobile notary verifies the identity of the signer(s) and witness(es), if applicable.
Notarization:
The mobile notary witnesses the signature(s), performs the notarial act(s), and affixes (a) notarial seal(s).
Payment:
The client pays for the notarial services rendered, including administrative and travel fees.

Our traveling notaries are dual commissioned in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and can travel anywhere within those states.
We are headquartered in Center City Philadelphia and charge a time-based travel fee to/from Philadelphia and the preferred meeting point.

Mobile notary services outside of our regular business hours (9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Saturday) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us (email / phone (215) 874-7192 / text) to discuss availability.

You can schedule an appointment with us as soon as within the hour or as far out as one week in advance, subject to availability. Our aim is to provide convenience and meet your needs, whether they are immediate or planned in advance.

Our standard mobile notary service starts at $100 and includes a round trip travel fee and an appointment fee based on the time required to fulfill your notarial needs.
Clients who opt for the Mobile Notary Service receive unlimited notarial seals when the appointment is scheduled in advance by using our online booking tool.
Additional services, such as document printing, courier service, and/or notary-provided witnesses incur extra charges.

From our first interaction Tyler was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonable when comparing the process to other notaries. We got quotes from multiple people and Tyler was the most flexible and easy to work with by FAR. We had 8 total documents, that required multiple signatures on each and he made the process seamless even though it was A LOT. We had 2 kids under 4, a dog, and 4 adults finishing dinner when he arrived so to say there was a bit of chaos would be an understatement. It didn't phase him one bit, he walked in was very professional and got us started through the process quickly. We will definitely work with Tyler again if we have more documents to notarize.

Tyler is an example of how every person should run a business. First he answered the phone, and he wanted to help me in any way he could. My story is I needed a mobile notary, on a Friday night, in another state. The deal was not going to happen in my mind. I desperately needed a notary on a Saturday morning to handle a time-sensitive matter. I reached out to Keystone State Notary in the early morning within minutes, they responded and immediately scheduled an appointment for a few hours later. Our mobile notary service costs include a travel fee and an appointment fee. The travel fee is determined by the round trip travel time from Center City Philadelphia to the designated meeting point, while the appointment fee is based on the duration of the notarial appointment and includes unlimited notarial seals.
